Project Works

Begin practicing from the start for future professional projects, by completing a stimulating work with your class team. During the Master of Fashion Management students put into practice what they have learned during the programme, by developing a project work. Participants, divided into groups and under the supervision of a tutor, will confront real professional issues proposed by a leading firm in the fashion industry and will finally present their conclusions.

Project 2015

DONDUP – How to become a global fashion brand

The Project Work represents an active experimentation of the contents learned during the programme. Students of the first edition realized a project based on the DONDUP case. After having received the relevant data from DONDUP’s CEO, they had to conduct a strategic analysis of the brand, the market, the consumer (actual/potential) and of the competitive environment. The project work aimed at outlining a concrete path, in line with the objectives of DONDUP. The results of the team work have been presented and discussed in front of a specialized board of examiners.
